As a mature professional working over 20 years in the job markets and seeing first-hand the challenges and obstacles to finding a new position, either to advance your career or come back into employment is sometimes incredibly difficult and tiresome.
I bring forward my expertise of helping you navigate through the job markets using various tools, tips and tricks. I am also very active in running recruitments for my customers which keeps me close to the market and also introducing you to these opportunities as a retained customer.
Career coaching (karriärcoach) isn’t just for executives, people in mid-career can benefit greatly from career coaching as well, helping them advance in their own companies or take the step to move elsewhere.
